He is survived by: his wife Marilyn E. Rumsey of Marion; his children, Jacinda Laine Carder (Rick) of Van Buren, Jeremy Donald Rumsey of Van Buren and Janel Lynn Hart of Marion; his brothers, Carl E. Rumsey of Bella Vista, AR and Kenneth Rumsey (Donna) of Galatia, IL; his grandchildren, Jonathan Matthew Carder (Staci), Jeremiah Michael Carder (Destiny), Josslyn Mariah Travis (Taylor), Hannah Elizabeth Rumsey (Austin Thompson), Noah Timothy Rumsey, Emily Morgan Francis (Sheldon), Elaina Lynn Hershberger (Matthew) and Erika Jalyn Hart (Kinzie Workman); and his great grandchildren, Jase Carder, Ellie Carder, Lincoln Francis, Aurora Francis, Liam Carder, Miller Kate Carder and Claire Travis.
