Dorothy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Dorothy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Dorothy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Davis and Minnie R. Davis (Fields); and her children, Clarissa M Mills (Marty), Lewanna Yvonne Davis and Antonio Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Davis of Marion; her daughter Phalye I Davis; and her sister Jean Thomas. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several cousins; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel (1341 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952).
