He is survived by: his wife Patricia Purdy (Mayhle); his children, Ethan Purdy (Ellen) of Marion, Emily Prows (David) of Fort Wayne, Erica Wallace of Marion and Evan Purdy of Spring Hill, Florida; his sister Dawn Gladback (Larry) of Plainfield, IN; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret and Jean Purdy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
