She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVerna Shaw (Harris) and Charles Shaw (LaVerna); her husband Richard Stinger of Radley; her siblings, Charles Virland Shaw and Betty E. Taylor-Secrest; and her siblings-in-law, Floyd Taylor and Betty Shaw.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence E. Stinger (Cathy) of Noblesville, Thomas A. Stinger of Marion and Marilyn S. Moore of Marion; her grandson Adam Jacob "AJ" Stinger of Marion; her sister Martha Ellen Swain of Marion; her daughters-in-law, Leslie DeForest of El Cajon, CA and Debra Kay Stinger of Marion; and her pets, Teena and Purrly.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Church of God (450 50th St, Marion, IN 46953). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
