Floyd E. Ancil Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Floyd E. Ancil of Marion, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Floyd's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Floyd has bequeathed us. He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna White (King) and Meredith Eugene "Gene" Ancil; his siblings, Edward Ancil (Mary) and Shirley May (Robert); and his half-siblings, Becky White and Larry White.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Ancil of Marion; his stepdaughters, Teena Foust (Chuck) of Texas and Carol Atkins (Ned) of Huntington; his half-sisters, Vicky Montgomery (Mike) and Cindy Taylor (Marty); and his brother-in-law Robert May.
