She is survived by: her siblings, Sarah Urata (Maxwell), Ralph Pack, Jr. (Barbara), Marion and Charles Pack (Dianne); and her nieces and nephews, Dr. John Urata (Caryn), Dr. Mika Moy (Nathan), Elizabeth Knoderer (Brian), Katherine Mitchell (Linc), Marian Cunningham (Mark) of Crown Point, IN, Sarah Grupe (Brad) of Sedalia, MO, Andrew Pack (Jennifer) of Monticello, IN, Ralph Douglas Pack (Julie) and Melinda Warman. She is also survived by 16 grand-nieces and nephews.
