As Frank departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Frank. Though Frank may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Kay Smith (Shoultz); and his brother-in-law John Mossburg. He is survived by: his father Elmer Smith; his sons, Chase Michael Smith and Mason Eugene Smith (Maysen Gillespie); his sisters, Angie Slusher (Scott), Chris Mossburg and Dee Dobson (Vince Hoopingarner); and his son Stacy Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to any of the stroke societies across the country, as Frank sustained one five years ago: American Stroke Foundation, American Stroke Association, World Stroke Organization, and/or the National Stroke Association.
