She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rowe and Josephine Rowe (Smith); her spouse Lonnie Walker; her daughter Pamela Walker; and her siblings, Shirley Ann Rowe, Leticia Whitney, Pheobe Stewart, Maxine Dawson, Wendell Rowe and Earl Rowe.
She is survived by: her brothers, Maurice Rowe, Francis Rowe (Sandra) and John "Joe" Rowe (Margaret); and her nephew William "Billy" Farrell (Mary). She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
