He is survived by: his parents, Keith Evans (Tiffany) of Amboy and Wendi Chapelo (Bennett) of Marion; his siblings, Keith Robert Evans of Marion, Taylor Evans, Zoe Tucker, Baileigh Evans and Raegan Evans; his grandparents, David Evans (Tara), Melody Tucker of Marion, Donna Rose of Converse and Wayne Guy (Jolleen) of Marion; his great-grandparents, Delores Evans of Ft. Wayne and Phyllis Guy of Marion; his aunts and uncles, Crystal Bennett-Van (Devin), Megan Guy of Marion, Estee Sasser (Joe) of Ft. Wayne, Clay Evans (Hillary) of Ft. Wayne and Wayne Guy, III (Haley) of Ft. Wayne; and his cousins, Dakota Pond, Naseem Banks, Aryes Riddle, Sawyer Evans and Payden Riddle.
