With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertie Edna Harmon of Marion, Indiana, who passed away on January 6, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dobson and Eathel Dobson (Fletcher); her spouse G. L. "Babe" Harmon; her children, Glenna Barnum and Courtlin Harmon; her son-in-law Rob Brookshire; her siblings, Charles William "Bill" Dobson, Mary Davis, Betty Mayo, Joyce Adkins and Phyllis Dobson; and her great grandchild Elijah Whitson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Louellen Harmon of Marion and Robin Brookshire of Swayzee; her sister Martha Harmon (late Tom) of Marion; and her grandchildren, Jason Barnum (Jennifer), Aimee Barnum, Bradley Barnum, Jade Smith, Breezy Brookshire, Emily Shire (Landon) and Margaret Kelsey (Brian). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
