Harriett Carmichael Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harriett Carmichael (Marion, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 14, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Garl Carmichael; and her parents, Chester L. Russell and Audrey Russell. She is survived by: her children, Janet Jones (Rick), Pat and David Carmichael; her grandsons, Eric Carmichael (Tara Parker), Corey Carmichael, Adam Jones and Alex Jones (Emily Everingham); her great grandchildren, Makena Carmichael (Dawson Essig), Brevin Carmichael, Casen Carmichael and Kali Jones; and her sister Jackie Mauk.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home (1202 W Kem Rd, Marion, IN 46952). A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
