With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene P. Smith of Marion, Indiana, born in Owingsville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 30, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Plummer and Ollie Plummer (Goodpasture); her husband Edward A. Smith; her siblings, Hezekiah Plummer, Laura Jane Brown and Gladys Plummer; her siblings-in-law, Billy Jo Hogge and Joyce Plummer; her daughter Little Ann; and her pet Maggie.

She is survived by: her daughter Arlana; and her siblings, Loretta Hogge and David Plummer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
