She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Smith and Willidean Smith (Dillon); her husband Philip Kellogg; her brother Jerry Smith; her son Robert Mark Sloan; her stepchildren, Joni Neeley and Jeff Kellogg; her granddaughters, Jasmine Sloan and Kellee Kellogg; and her great grandchild Kaeleigh Kellogg.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Kilgore (Tracy) of Marion and Stephen Sloan of Huntington; her stepson Keith Kellogg (Peggy) of North Webster; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Heather, Travis, Mandy, Keith II, Jennifer, Kyle and Kevin. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
