He is survived by: his caregiver Ethel Teresa Davis; his children, Jonathan O. Banks of Marion, Pierre D. Banks of Marion, Ezra Weaver of Marion, Mia Weaver of Marion and Summer Wickham; his extended family, Stephanie Smith, Kinadeigh Smith and Brandon Smith; and his siblings, Julia Durden (Andrew) of Minnesota, Cynthia Collins of Minnesota, Tobi Davis of Minnesota, Lewis Davis of Minnesota, Andre Collins (Lisa) of Minnesota, Jerry Polk (Dorothy) of Minnesota, Joseph Stribling (Kenyette) of Minnesota, Leroy Miles of Minnesota, Bernard Miles (Alisha) of Minnesota and Eric Kittler of Minnesota. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
