He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Dick" Spencer; his daughter Tarra Rose Spencer; and his brother Rick. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Lu Stillman; his mother Carolyn Sue Ballard; his children, Yvette Williams (Stan) of Marion, Jennifer Forest Spencer (Cameron) of Marion and David James Ball (Zack) of Fort Wayne; his grandson Brayden Williams; his siblings, Debbie, Steve, Scott and Tony; and his siblings-in-law, Amy Dillon of Fort Wayne and Chuck Stillman (Helen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Cancer Services of Grant County, Tower Suites, 305 S. Norton Ave., Marion, IN 46952.
