He was predeceased by: his mother Sandy Lewis; his brother Larry Thompson; his son Brandon Miller; and his nephew Tucker Farmer. He is survived by: his father James F. Lewis; his sister Tina Lewis; his girlfriend Janet Massarelli; his children, James A. "Jaybo" Lewis, Heather Korporal, Matt Sosh, Jordan Miller, Colton Lewis and Landon Lewis; his niece Ashley Lewis; and his caregiver Kristy Working. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
