He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Cook (Mary Ann) and Sherry Cook (Smith); his children, Asharia Rose Hall, Sebastian Hall of Converse and Benjamin Hall of Converse; his grandfather Bill Patuzzi (Lois) of Sweetser; his sisters, Joshalynn Yeater (Sam Segura) of Peru, Ashley Hughes of Marion and Amanda Trent (Emily) of Converse; his uncles, Dave Patuzzi (Donna) of Goshen, Tom Patuzzi (Trudy) and Greg Patuzzi of Sweetser; his aunt Diane Lewis of Marion; his niece Tabby Scott; and his nephew Kyle Hall. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
