He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Gutierrez and Neoma Gutierrez (Cortez); and his wife Amelia Zamora Gutierrez. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Marie Huddleston (Riley, Jr) of Parker City, IN, James Patrick Gutierrez of Atlanta, GA and Zachery Gutierrez (J. L.) of Orlando, FL; and his brothers, Chris Gutierrez of Berne, Leonard Gutierrez of Marion and Albert Gutierrez of Sweetser. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel (1341 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952).
