He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Nightenhelser and Betty Nightenhelser (Kierstead); and his brother James Nightenhelser. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Schlottman (Schlottman); his children, Jason Nightenhelser (Crystal), Lucas Nightenhelser (Andrea) and J. J. Nightenhelser; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Lacey, Reese, Paizley, Maxwell and Kylie; and his great grandchild Violet.
