He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Stevens (Glover); his siblings, Andrew Stevens and Angela Stevens; and his grandparents, Eugene, Betty Glover and LaFontaine.

He is survived by: his daughter LaSha Rust (Stevens); his aunts, Peggy Stevens of Marion, Shirley Stodgell of Marion, Cindy Glover and LaFontaine; his nephew Jared Stevens; and his close friend Danny Hodge (Marion). He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
