She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Tackett (White) and Felix Tackett; her spouse Arlie Cornwell; her son David Cornwell; and her siblings, Harlan Tackett, Arbit Tackett, Robert Tackett, Loraine Sparks, Elwood Tackett, Felix Jr. Tackett, Estelle Lee Tackett and Bruce Tackett.
She is survived by: her children, Christa Bohlander (Tom), Kenneth Cornwell (Jeanette) and James Cornwell (Cynthia); her siblings, Trula Mills, Etta Mae Clemmens, Alta Lou Clemmens, Howard Tackett, Clara Faye George, Diane Boland, Brenda George, Deborah Ferguson, Earnest Ray Tackett and Pamela Ballard; and her grandchildren, Erin, Eric, Elizabeth, Ellen, Evelyn, Cynthia, Stephanie, Michaela, Derek, Rebekah, Dominique, Jaden, Desiree, Clayton, Chloe and Emily. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
