She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Stevens and Lucile Stevens (Owen); and her siblings, Phyllis Copp and John Stevens. She is survived by: her husband Joe Collins; her children, Julie Sherman (Bill), Cindy Hart and Tom Collins (Janice); her sisters, Bonnie Nestleroad (Calvin) and Mary Everett; her grandchildren, Lori Messer (Nathan), Nickie McCullough (Ora Freeman), Dr. Thomas "TJ" Collins (Jess) and Dr. David Collins (Darcy); and her great grandchildren, William Messer, Natalie Messer, Paige Hart, Marissa Gamboa (Mitch), Chloe Barber, Meadowe Freeman, Finn Freeman, Remy Collins, Jewel Collins, Jude Collins and Ford Collins.
