She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Arnold and Lillie Arnold (Thomas); her spouse Hanzel G. Humphreys; her son Tony Humphreys; her siblings, Jack Arnold, Roy Arnold, Stella Dixon of Ruth Rutlidge, J. B, Arnold, Katherine Ferree, Margaret Arnold, Betty Collins, Billy Arnold and Patricia Robinson; her grandson David McGuinn Jr.; and her mother-in-law Pauline Osborn.
She is survived by: her children, June McGuinn (David), Clifford Humphreys (MaryJane) and Connie Austin; her grandchildren, Sheri Hacker, Jeff Justice, Jared Justice, Barb Kersey, Doug McGuinn, Jennifer Kersey-Trusty, Carrie Gschwind, Tabitha McGuinn, Clint Austin and Cassie Dixon; her sisters-in-law, Virginia Faye Alban, Lois Bortner and Hilda Shrunk; her nephews, Robert Fogle and David Ferree; and her niece Carmen Mitchell. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great-grandchildren.
