He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Hall and Ada Hall (Shoemaker); his wife Dea Ruth Hall; his siblings, Melvin Hall, Merrill Hall, Wayne Hall, Lloyd Hall, Addie Lorene Hall and Betty Bragg; and his granddaughter Caitlin Ritenour.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Doug Hall of Altamonte Springs, FL, Joy Ritenour (Brian) of Plymouth, IN and Kay Brooks of Brookfield, WI; his grandchildren, Matthew Ritenour, Gabriel Hall, Anderson Brooks (Renee), Peter Ritenour, Aaron Brooks, Ariadne Hall Price, Natalie Hall Yeahquo (Timothy) and Audrey Brooks Black (Ben); Cyndi Hall and Jim Brooks. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
