She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Keirn and Golda Keirn (Hazen); her husband Franklin Jacob Smuck; her great grandchild Chelsea Martinez; and her siblings, Clifford Keirn, Hubert Keirn, Velma Walker, Francis Keirn and Lois Mae Keirn.

She is survived by: her sons, Eldon Franklin Smuck (Phyllis) of Westerville, OH, W. Harold Smuck (Ronda) of Converse and Dale C. Smuck (Rebecca) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Chris Smuck (Christine) of Reynoldsburg, OH, Allison Moss (Brian) of Grove City, OH, Kristi Sellers (David) of Norwalk, OH, Dr. Matt Smuck (Kamala Rodrigues) of Portola Valley, CA, Kari Nelson (Bret) of Asheville, NC, Dr. Heather Case (Michael) of Bakersfield, CA and Melissa Short (Calin) of Waldorf, MD; her great grandchildren, Chloe Page (Taylor), Ian Smuck, Cardin, Reece, Casteel Sellers, Nayan, Asher Smuek, Vannessa, Emma Case, Issac, Matthew, Marie Balfour and Oscar Martinez; her great great grandchildren, Enrique, Chase, Amy Martinez and Clara Page; her half-siblings, Carolyn Jones (Ivan) and Rick Keirn (Marilyn); and her sister-in-law Alice Keirn.
