He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Weaver (Hansley) and James N. Weaver; his wife Donna Weaver; his former wife Carol Weaver; his siblings, Floyd Weaver, Orvin Weaver, Melburne Weaver, Chester Weaver, Larry Weaver and Neuberta Weaver; his stepson Danny Weaver; and his granddaughter Kelly McInturff.
He is survived by: his children, Baana Diller (Terry) of Marion and Toby Weaver (Susy) of Converse; his grandchildren, Ty McInturff (Betsy), Megan Moore (Jimi), Erin Gall (Jackson), Daniel Weaver (Jodi), Craig Rosman (Macie), Jacob Rosman (Yvonne) and Bradley Rosman (Jasmine); and his great grandchildren, Eli, Mia, Eva McInturff, Naomi, Elsi, Lucy, Junia Moore, Daphne Gall, Judah, Hoyt, Beckett, Easton and Naya Rosman.
