He is survived by: his grandchildren, Gregory, Brooklyn, Delilah and Phoenix; his great grandchild Nilah; his wife Rebecca Gulley; his son David Gulley (Amber); and his siblings, Mike Gulley and Patty Bellamy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 8:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Marion National Cemetery (1202 W Kem Rd, Marion, IN 46952). A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Marion National Cemetery (1700 E 38th St, Marion, IN 46953).
