With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip C. Rigsbee of Marion, Indiana, born in Seymour, Indiana, who passed away on September 6, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rigsbee and Martha Rigsbee (Julian); and his brother Paul Rigsbee, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rigsbee of Marion; his children, Melanie Rigsbee of Indianapolis, Phil Rigsbee (Debbie) of Gas City, Kim Soultz (Barry) of Jonesboro, Brett Rigsbee (Beth) of Marion and Lori Rigsbee of Gas City; his stepchildren, Ben Williams (Shelly) of Marion, Andrew Williams (Kim) of Fort Wayne, Dr. Angie Karl (Jon) of Fort Wayne, Geoff Williams of Marion, Cindy Kellar (Bryan) of Kannapolis, NC, Stephanie Miles (Kevin) of Anderson, Shannon Rogers (Jeff) of Marion and Ty King (Laurel); and his brother Donald Rigsbee (Carol). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
