She was predeceased by: her parents, Meredith Fowler and Edith Fowler (Renbarger); her former husband John Draper; her husband Theodore C. Kepler; and her siblings, Mary Virginia Wyant, William C. Fowler, Richard Fowler and Philip Fowler.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Beth Rauzi (Harold) of Cleveland Heights, Ohio..
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel (1341 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Marion National Cemetery (1700 E 38th St, Marion, IN 46953).
