He was predeceased by: his parents, George Christian Schenk and Katharine Schenk (Holoch); his son Christian Schenk; and his granddaughter Kara McCue (Schenk). He is survived by: his wife Anna Elizabeth Creviston; his son Ralph Dean Schenk (Melinda) of Indianapolis; his sister Marie Nussmeier of Thousand Oaks, California; his grandchildren, Kevin Schenk, Craig Schenk (Christina) of Lexington, Jessica Becraft (Greg) of Lexington and Erika Rice (Jeff) of Indianapolis; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Cooper, Mason, Addyson and Hagen; and his nephews, Mark and Bob.
