He is survived by: his wife Kim L. Evans; his children, Teri N. Read of Goshen and Marc R. Walter (Brooke) of South Whitley; his stepchildren, Shauna R. Lusher (Dave) of Harlan, KY, Jonni R. Winegardner (Matthew) of Marion and Micah J. Parks (Julian) of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, Beverly Hatfield of Columbia City, Carol Rowland, Margaret Kilgore of Columbia City, James Walter (Liz) and Steve Walter of Columbia City; and his pets, Royal, Lily and Romeo.
