He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hartley and Lucile Hartley (Loer); his wife Margaret Kay Hartley (Nuss); and his siblings, Jerry Hartley, Ronnie Hartley and Phil Hartley.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Hartley (Rosie), Linda Dickensheet and Shawn Hartley; and his brothers, Jim Hartley and Leon Hartley. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
