He was predeceased by : his sister Norma Jean Fortney; and his stepsons, William "Bill" Tincher and Robert "Joe" Tincher. He is survived by : his spouse Wanda "Sue" Daugherty (Shotts); his children, Gina Daugherty (Ray Webber), Stephanie Pratt and Elgin "Louie" Daugherty of Lexington, Kentucky; and his sisters, Ada Yeakle (Don) and Wanda Murdock (Jim). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
