He is survived by: his mother Judith Clark (Smith) of Gas City; his significant other Pat Vaughn; his sons, Jon-David of Muncie and Jesse of Muncie; his grandchildren, Porter and Lucy; and his siblings, Lisa Winchester (Doug) of Muncie, Laura Vaughn of Upland, Jackie McCarty (John) of Marion and Donald Clark (Lana) of Gas City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
