He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindel Boucher and Lettie Boucher (Poe); his wife Mabel "Roseann" Brock; and his grandson Darrin Boucher. He is survived by: his children, Lori Ann Harlan (Kevin), Brian Boucher (Cindy) and Connie Plummer (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Dustin Harlan, Andrea Gorham, Caitlin Brewer, Kevin James Harlan and Angeline Spitler. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to Cancer Services of Grant County, 305 S. Norton Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46952; or to Gilead Ministries, 214 N. Baldwin Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46952.
