He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eugene Alford and Priscilla Hope Alford (Slagle); and his brother Robert Charles Justus Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Mills; his stepmother Joy Alford; his children, Priscilla A. Alford of Warren, Richard Alan Alford Jr. (Amanda) of Huntington and Robert Eugene Alford (Jessica) of Huntington; his sisters, Mary Johnson of Fort Wayne, Angela Anderson (Gary) and Maschell Grayson (Mike); and his pet Zena. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
