He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Lennex (Harvey) and John Henry Lennex Sr.; his brother John (Clara Mae Lenox); and his son Brian Lennex. He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Lennex (Carol) and Sharon Murphy (Bob); his wife G. Marie Shafer; his children, Katrina Lennex of Marion, IN, Richard Lennex (Thelma) of Valparaiso, IN and Krista Lennex of North Carolina; and his daughter-in-law Helen.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Dick's name to the American Cancer Society or Heart to Heart Hospice 1385 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952.
