He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Rogers and Beatrice Rogers; and his siblings, Francis Lightle (Will), Charlene Rhoton (Harry), Marie Shore, Jean DeCamp (John), Jack Rogers (Nancy), Jerry Rogers (Michelle) and Jackie Holloway (Dave).

He is survived by: his wife Reta Rogers; his children, Robin McAfee (Tom), Jennifer Durkes (David), Tamara Bischoff (Jamie), Dustin Rogers (Amanda) and Casey Rogers (Pamela); and his grandchildren, Zack McAfee (Darcy), Tyler McAfee, Allyson McAfee, Derek Durkes (Ashton), Joel Durkes, Halee Duckwall (Chris), Hannah Bischoff, Angie Moore, Josiah Rogers, Naomi Rogers, Andrew Rogers and Madysyn Rogers. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
