He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Keith, and Jearlene Keith, Sr. (Love); his siblings, Rebecca Harrell, Charlotte Graves and John Keith; and his nephew Adam Keith.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah Moran; his children, Charlene Shivers (Dawnar) of Brazil, IN and Robert E. Keith, III (Melissa) of Valley View, OH; his grandchildren, Christian, Sebastian, Katelyn (Chase), Sarah and Gabriella; his brother Alex Keith (Kyna) of Marion; and his brother-in-law David Graves. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
