He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howell and Gladys Howell (Vetor). He is survived by: his wife Marge (Dodson); his children, Ed (Wendy), Diane (Tom), Herbert, Ferol and Rob; and his granddaughter Terra. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel (1341 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952).
