He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O. Johnson and Shirley Johnson (Crabtree). He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Alice Streib; his children, Alysia Stewart (Johnson) of Jacksonville, Florida, William Travis Johnson (Angela) of Swayzee and Chad Miller of Florida; and his grandsons, Devin, Owen, Corey and Adam.
