With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger D. Blackburn of Marion, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Blackburn and Naomi M. Blackburn (MacAtee); his grandson Ethan Aguilar Blackburn; his siblings, Beverly Rawlinson, Norman Blackburn and Connie Wyre; and his brother-in-law Gayle Stearns.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Blackburn Johnson (Brad James), Josh Anthony Blackburn (Rocio E.), Jeremy Lee Blackburn and Charity Blackburn (Tim Lees); his grandchildren, Niko Hinderer, Reid Johnson, Robby "Bob" James and Nathan Blackburn; and his sister Joyce Stearns. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
