He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jack and Cora Jack (Cass); his wife Marilyn Jack; his daughter Marla Turner; and his grandchildren, Andrew Jack and Deanna Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, Patty, Rebecca Jack, Kim Shane, Teresa Cooper and Mark Jack; his siblings, Max Jack and Carol Shelbourne; and his close friend Butch. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren, with one additional great-grandchild due in October; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel (1780 W Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery (3447 IN-9, Greenfield, IN 46140).
