He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Banks and Nellie Banks (Anderson); and his siblings, Eileen Banks and Bob Banks. He is survived by: his wife Connie Banks (Yoder); his daughters, Tracey Liming (Bill) of Plainfield, Rhonda Flint (Mark) of Danville and Connie Hart of Marion, Indiana; his sisters, Linda Morgan, Betty Parsons and Kathleen Axsom; and his grandchildren, Shawn Siener, Michalin Siener, Samantha Sink, Jay Flint, Brooke Kern, Elizabeth Kern, Lauren Rice and Gavin Rice. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
