He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Turner and Monna Belle Louise Turner (Miller); his wife Victoria Turner; his siblings, Tim Turner and Darlene Baker; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Reid and Sue Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Logan (Brian) of Marion, Dan Turner (Rochelle) of Marion, Michael "Mike" Turner (Teresa) of Marion and Carl Turner (Ashley) of Bowling Green, KY; his siblings, Nancy Reid, Steve Turner (Donna), Phil Turner, Roger Turner (Joan), Tom Turner (Tammy) and Diane Binkerd (Ron); his brother-in-law Ron Baker; and his former wife Kay Mauller (Bob). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
