He is survived by: his sisters, Margie McKinzie of Frankfort, Louise Hicks of Frankfort and Emma Hollen of Greenwood; and his nieces and nephews, Levi, Scott, Steve, Tonya, Stacy, Amanda, Echo and Lydia.
