She was predeceased by: her parents, Warland A. Artis, Sr. and Irene Lake (Matthews); her husband Charles Franklin Boyce; her children, Edwadleena Winters, Flora Keys and Donald Moore; and her siblings, Gwendolyn L. Gordon, Warland Artis Jr., Henry Shipp Jr., James Knight and Raymond Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Keys of Indianapolis, Indiana, Julia Green (Pastor Al Green) of Marion, Indiana, Angela (Calvin Harris), Benjamin L. Artis (Sandra) of Dayton, Ohio, Less Moore III of Marion, Indiana, Eugene Moore of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Robert Moore of Marion, Indiana and James Keys (Carol) of Marion, Indiana.; her siblings, Margaret Jones, Henrietta Thomas, Bismillah Farahkhan and Arthur Shipp (Dorothy); and her sister-in-law Diane Artis. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
