She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Faulkner. She is survived by: her children, T. C. Faulkner (Janel) of Marion and Theresa Brown (Dale) of Woodstock, Illinois; her sister Melody McBain of Lady Smith, Wisconsin; and her granddaughters, Allison (Chloe) and Kelli Faulkner.
Memorial contributions can be made to the family to establish a scholarship fund for her two granddaughters, Allison and Kelli Faulkner in care of the funeral home.
