She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Philebaum and Naomi Philebaum (Case); her husband Calbert "Charles" Bartrum; and her siblings, Bill Rouch, Ronnie Philebaum, Betty Sutton, Dean Philebaum, Joyce Hollenbeck, Chancie Philebaum, Helen Culbertson and Evelyn Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Bartrum, Gary Bartrum of Marion, Rita Morgan of Marion, Randy Bartrum of Marion, Neal Bartrum (Pam) of Huntington, Jesse Bartrum of Hartford City, Sherry Bilbee (Troy) of Marion and April Simpson (Shane) of Marion; and her sister Juanita. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
