She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd D. Davis and Edna "Cookie" K Davis (Lanter); her husband James R. F. Small, Sr.; her sons, James R. Small and Stephen Grise; her grandson James R. F. Small II; and her sister Wanda Kay Herring.
She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine "Kathy" Small, Rebecca "Becky" A. Mangus, Lillian Sue Davis and Shirley R. Frank. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel (1341 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952).
